We are in the sestiere of San Marco and this delightful flat is in the heart of art, culture and music.. . just a few steps from Palazzo Fortuny – the home-atelier of the eclectic Spanish artist Mariano Fortuny; from Palazzo Grassi – permanent exhibition of part of Francois Pinault’s vast collection; from Teatro La Fenice – the favourite venue for classical music and opera.
